Welcome to the Tournament
Welcome to our annual Music City Wheels on the Green! Join us at the beautiful Greystone Golf Club for a day filled with golf, camaraderie, and the spirit of competition, all while supporting a great cause. Registration begins at 11:30 AM, with a shotgun start at 1 PM.

Location: Main tent near the clubhouse
What to Expect:

Receive your welcome drawstring swag bag containing an MCW shirt, hat, golf balls, a bottle of water, and your schedule and hole assignments.

Pick up your range ticket and silent auction card.

Check the large bulletin board for event details and team scores.
Pre-Tournament Activities
​Light Lunch:
Enjoy a selection of sandwiches, wraps, chips, soda, and granola bars available from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM near the check-in area.
Silent Auction:
Browse through the items displayed and place your bids early! Look for signs directing you to the auction area.
Pre-Tournament Talk:
Gather by the check-in tent at noon for a quick briefing on tournament rules, prizes, and logistics.
Driving Range (12 PM – 1 PM)
Warm up at the driving range with practice balls provided. Volunteers will be available to assist and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Tournament Play
While the event will primarily consist of able-bodied golfing, Participants will get to experience the unique challenge of adaptive golf.
Specialty Holes:

Hole 3: Participate in the closest to the pin contest. Visit the tent for a chance to win significant donated items.

Hole 16: Hosted by me, featuring adaptive golf clubs and a 'spin the wheel' game to randomly assign a playing disability for your shot.
Technology for Engagement
Stay updated and engaged throughout the event with our EventCaddy app. Track live scores, bid in the silent auction, and check hole assignments all from your phone.
Banquet and Awards (Starting at 5:30 PM)
Dinner Setup: A buffet with a casual selection, such as BBQ, alongside an open bar, will be ready by 4:30 PM.
Celebration: From 5:30 PM, enjoy the food, music, and a short charity video. The silent auction continues alongside.
Awards Ceremony: Join us at 6:45 PM for the awards presentation and closing remarks.
